As humans we are designed to need certain kinds of light (especially red and near-infrared). But in our modern world, we often don’t get enough of this healing and beneficial light, and instead get a lot of light that can be damaging (like blue & white light).
In this episode I get to interview Brian Richards, owner of Sauna Space, a company that combines cutting-edge incandescent infrared technology with the age-old (and proven) practice of sauna.
