I Tried To Take My Own Life. Here's What I Learned

This is the hardest, most vulnerable content I have ever made.

👉🏽Very few people other than my family know about this part of my life. Like many of you, I became a ninja at hiding the parts of me that I didn’t want others to see.

I’m following my heart on this one and even though it’s scary as hell, I’m sharing this with the world. If this can help even ONE person get UNSTUCK, it’s worth putting myself out there.

I’m thankful that I was able to get to a place where I could make a CHOICE to move forward, taking one step at a time to get me out of the heaviness I was feeling. It wasn’t always easy, but it was WORTH it.

I know many don’t make it that far and it’s not an easy choice for all. ♥️

I’ve seen so many struggle over the past few years and it just seems like it’s still taboo to talk about and I want to change that.

When you show up with TRUST, VULNERABILITY & AUTHENTICITY you will inspire others to do the same and will meet some INCREDIBLE people along the way.

It’s scary, but it’s worth it‼️

For me, I’m going ALL IN. This is ME. I’m not hiding any of it anymore. I hope that we all stop hiding the sides of us that feel dark, vulnerable, scary and shameful.

We all have them, we are all human. We’re all here doing the best that we can and we have the ability to create some incredible connections and live life to the fullest if we’re willing to go all in.

For anyone struggling please know you’re not alone. You can text HOME to 741-741 for a crisis text line.
