Air Fryer recipes
If you don’t have an air fryer get one. Like NOW.
These things are a game changer when it comes to roasting veggies quickly.
No more waiting 45 mins for those sweet potatoes to cook. Make roasted Brussel sprouts in less than 20 minutes.
I love this thing! We use it almost every single day and it’s such a great way to simply add healthy nutritious & delicious veggies to every meal.
This one is great – Aria Teflon Free
It has a Lifetime Warranty, is Teflon-Free, PTFE-Free, BPA-Free, PFOA-Free, Lead-Free, Cadmium-Free, Dishwasher-Safe, Manual, Programmable
It’s big and can make enough for a family. A smaller option would work for a single person or a small family.

Fermented Foods & Beverages
When you hear the phrase Fermented foods think superpower charger to your gut-health. We now know that our gut has a direct link and connection with our brain health. Adding fermented foods to our diet may benefit not only our cognitive function, but also boost mood and balance feelings of anxiety and/or depression.
Ferments are also great for our immune system, our digestive track and so much more. The provide benefits that include anti-oxidant, anti-microbial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, and anti-atherosclerotic activity.
I encourage everyone to start incorporating fermented foods/drinks into their life by enjoying at least one per week. Work up to one a day or every other day for amazing health benefits.
Fermentation takes time so although many of these recipes use pretty basic ingredients, these products do take time to ferment before enjoying.
Also, in most cases you will need a “starter culture” which you can most likely easily find in a group on social media for your local town. Reach out if you need help finding one.
